His focus lies on strategic and conceptual development in the areas of Innovation Management and Knowledge and Technology Transfer with a current focus on the development of application concepts for research results from the humanities and social sciences.
Dr. Walter Görgen
Managing Partner
Doctorate in the area of marketing; Managing Partner of imacon GmbH, Manager and As-sociate Partner of SCG St. Gallen Consulting Group International Management Consultants from 1996 to 1999. Co-founder and Managing Partner of G&K. His focus lies on strategic and organizational consultancy in the area of Real Estate Management at the intersection between strategy, marketing and real estate management. Work contents encom-pass portfolio/asset management, concept development, part-time management, research through to coaching management staff.
Graphic designer and Marketing specialist; with G&K since 2004. Responsible for managing innovation processes and active in the areas of market research, marketing strategies and in the support of innovation and technology projects. Current focus: Identifying and increasing the innovation capacity of non-university research institutions using the Enabling Innovation methodology. Development and application of interactive formats for the development of knowledge transfer strategies.
Josef has been a consultant at G&K since 2016. Born in South Tyrol, Josef studied business administration in Bologna, Oviedo and Cologne and holds a M.Sc. in Corporate Development. His work focuses on the development of concepts for building structures and processes as well as on the conception of strategies and methods, especially in the area of knowledge transfer management from the humanities and social sciences.

Felix joined our team in 2015 as a consultant for strategic development and implementation planning. He studied social sciences and economics at the University of Cologne. The key focus of his work includes knowledge transfer from social sciences and the humanities, as well as valorisation strategies for research and scientific institutions.
